Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Force Effectiveness Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the analysis and optimization of the pharmaceutical sales force to drive performance against targets. Design compensation and incentive programs, implement and monitor CRM tools, contribute to sales forecasting and commercial activation planning, and provide regular performance reporting to senior management. Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director in a bilingual (French/English) environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver data‑driven insights on sales force effectiveness and propose corrective actions. - Ensure accurate performance management using IQVIA and Pharmadata data. - Design equitable compensation and incentive schemes aligned with business goals. - Implement and track CRM solutions to improve account management. - Support sales forecasting, activation planning, and objective setting. - Produce timely reports for management review. - Operate fluently in French and English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze sales force KPIs and sales targets; identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Monitor and manage performance metrics via IQVIA & Pharmadata platforms. - Design, calculate, and maintain compensation plans and incentive programs. - Develop, configure, and maintain CRM tools; monitor related KPIs. - Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts and commercial activation plans. - Assist in defining individual sales objectives and quotas. - Generate regular performance and variance reports for senior leadership. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient in data analysis and reporting. - Experience with sales performance tools (e.g., IQVIA, Pharmadata) and CRM systems. - Ability to design and manage compensation/incentive structures. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken). - Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools a plus. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and in teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Finance, Control, Logistics, or related field. - Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales operations, or a comparable role; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. - No specific certifications required; professional certifications in sales analytics or compensation design are advantageous.
