**Job Title**
Digital Communication Intern – Institutional Communication
**Role Summary**
Support the Institutional Communication team in digital and editorial projects. Tasks include website optimization, content creation across corporate platforms, social media management, internal communication, press relations, and cross‑functional project coordination. Focus on improving user experience, maintaining editorial consistency, and enhancing brand visibility.
**Expectations**
- Deliver quality content in French and English, aligning with professional tone and creative requirements.
- Manage timelines, meet KPIs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subsidiaries and PR agencies.
- Contribute to strategic communication initiatives for a global pharma brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Website Management**
- Assist in launching and updating Biocodex.com (Q1 2026).
- Coordinate site updates for affiliates (needs assessment, content/visual harmonization, progress monitoring).
- Analyze website performance and propose UX improvements.
2. **Social Media**
- Co‑manage the LinkedIn account: drafting posts, designing visuals, scheduling, KPI tracking, and competitive monitoring.
- Promote group news, local initiatives, and CSR projects, ensuring editorial cohesion.
3. **Internal Communication**
- Animate the intranet: write and publish articles, conduct employee interviews, manage editorial calendar.
- Produce internal newsletters, presentations, speeches, and videos.
- Support video creation for digital channels (editing, subtitling).
4. **Press & Reputation**
- Draft and distribute press releases in partnership with PR agency.
- Assist PR agency follow‑ups (content reviews, reminders, reporting).
- Monitor sectoral and media developments relevant to microbiome, women's health, orphan diseases, and CSR.
5. **Cross‑Functional Projects**
- Organize and attend editorial, communication, and transversal meetings; record minutes and action items.
- Help affiliates showcase projects and achieve internal/external visibility.
- Update and harmonize institutional tools (brochures, presentations, decks, kits).
**Required Skills**
- Excellent writing in French and English (professional and creative).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, rigor, and creativity in digital communication and website redevelopment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current Master’s / MBA student in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Business School with a communication specialization.
- Prior corporate communication experience preferred (internship or co‑op).
**Contract Type**
Internship (starting January 2026).
