**Job Title:**
Information Systems Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage information technology projects that digitalize business operations, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements while maintaining quality, cost, schedule, and security standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and security specifications.
- Serve as the primary interface between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, database engineers) and oversee architectural and database design activities.
- Apply and enforce project management methodologies, including risk, issue, and change management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions for end‑users and business partners.
- Produce regular progress reports, dashboards, and post‑implementation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of information system architecture and core functionalities.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts and design.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and proposal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken technical English.
- Pedagogical ability to convey complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in execution.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum Bachelor’s (BAC + 3) to Master’s (BAC + 5) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- (Optional but advantageous) Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
