Job Title: Manager, Inventory Management (Contract)
Role Summary: Oversees demand planning and supply‑chain optimization to maintain efficient, cost‑effective inventory levels, supporting growth and operational objectives.
Expactations: Lead end‑to‑end demand forecasting, reduce forecast error, improve inventory accuracy, and achieve working‑capital targets through AI, predictive analytics, and real‑time data. Drive cross‑functional supply‑chain initiatives, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and foster continuous improvement in inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and refine demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and promotional drivers.
• Align forecasts with business plans, minimizing errors and supporting working‑capital objectives.
• Lead supply‑chain optimization projects, performing analytical studies and managing projects to operational ownership.
• Utilize AI and predictive analytics to enhance decision‑making and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and drive improvements.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; promote a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
Required Skills: • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and supply‑chain metrics.
• Experience in S&OP, cross‑functional collaboration, and supply‑chain optimization.
• Comfortable with AI tools and technologies for productivity and decision support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Master’s or advanced supply‑chain certification such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP preferred).
• 3–5 years of related experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply‑chain roles in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
