**Job Title:** Senior Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy core algorithms and services for a multi‑agent AI platform. Deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions while optimizing model precision, recall, and cost efficiency. Ensure production reliability and continuous performance improvement in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ML applications from prototype to production. - Maintain high standards of model accuracy, efficiency, and operational stability. - Drive iterative value creation based on customer impact. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain core algorithms and services for multi‑agent AI technology. - Architect and implement cloud‑native, scalable ML infrastructure. - Optimize models for precision, recall, and cost-effectiveness. - Integrate ML solutions with platform components in collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve model performance in production. - Ensure reliability, reproducibility, and compliance of deployed models. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years experience delivering ML applications to production and performance tuning. - Strong theoretical foundation in statistics, machine learning, and graph theory. - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud‑native deployment patterns (containers, orchestration, CI/CD). - Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, etc.). - Experience with model monitoring, logging, and automated rollback mechanisms. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. - High curiosity and ability to work backward from customer value. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (required). - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline is a plus. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
