Job Title: Solution Consultant - Commercial Communities Role Summary: Technical and product expert supporting presales engagement for commercial communities, translating customer requirements into tailored ID.me platform solutions. Acts as a bridge between sales, engineering, and product teams to design integrations, demonstrate value, and ensure customer success. Expactations: - Deep understanding of customer technical/business challenges to recommend ID.me solutions. - Strong technical aptitude for API/federated protocol expertise and on-the-fly communication of complex concepts. - Ability to collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and document customer requirements, designing scalable, efficient solutions. - Develop product demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical content (whitepapers, playbooks). - Execute proof-of-concept integrations for complex customer use cases. - Translate feedback into actionable insights for product, engineering, and sales teams. - Mentor peers and present solutions at events. Required Skills: - Expertise in API design, SAML/OAuth protocols, architecture diagramming. - Technical writing and problem-solving for integration scenarios. - Strategic thinking to align ID.me capabilities with customer business goals. - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer presentations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. - Familiarity with federated identity management and enterprise software integration preferred.
