Job Description
Job title: Early Talent Recruiter Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end recruitment of apprentices, graduates, and early talent, ensuring smooth processes, efficient stakeholder engagement, and an outstanding candidate experience while upholding diversity and inclusion principles. Expectations: - Deliver timely placement of qualified early‑talent hires. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in the ATS. - Communicate proactively with candidates and business stakeholders. - Continuous improvement of recruitment metrics and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage early‑talent recruitment campaigns across digital and virtual channels. - Review applications, screen candidates, and keep precise records in the ATS. - Provide clear updates and guidance to candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey. - Champion candidate experience, tracking progression and ensuring seamless communication. - Support the recruitment team with administrative duties and reporting. - Embed diversity and inclusion across all steps of the recruitment process. - Analyse recruitment trends and recommend enhancements to improve performance. Required Skills: - Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented multitasking capacity across structured activities. - Prior recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience (desirable). - Proficient in digital tools – Excel, SharePoint, and ATS platforms. - Data‑driven mindset for trend identification and process improvement. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Preferred: relevant recruitment or HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 3, HRCI, or equivalent).
