Job Description
**Job Title:** Technical Project Support Officer **Role Summary:** Provides end‑to‑end support for the sales organization by managing bid, quotation, and pricing processes, ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant, and profit‑driven. Acts as a technical liaison between B2B customers and internal functions, overseeing lighting projects from pre‑order through execution. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, timely quotations that meet profitability targets. - Maintain strong product, system, and service knowledge. - Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. - Apply solid project‑management discipline in a commercial context. - Support the transition toward a commercial or project‑management career path. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the complete bid/quote cycle, including price calculations and proposal preparation. - Ensure proposals comply with company standards and are competitive. - Track and follow up on lighting projects from pre‑order to delivery. - Collaborate with sales, product marketing, supply chain, factories, specifiers, and customers. - Provide technical input on lifecycle services, Light‑as‑a‑Service, and circular lighting offerings. - Resolve customer inquiries and support after‑sales service as needed. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years experience in a technical commercial environment. - Strong project‑management abilities with commercial focus. - Excellent customer‑service orientation. - Proficient in Dutch and/or French and fluent in English (both written and spoken). - Strong analytical and pricing skills. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of professional lighting products/applications (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required; project‑management or commercial certifications are advantageous.
