Job Description
**Job title:** Project Manager CFO/CFA (Construction, Electrical, HVAC) **Role Summary:** Lead the design and construction of large‑scale building works (CFO/CFA and CVC). Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with schedule, safety, and quality standards, and act as the primary liaison with clients and subcontractors. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain strong client relationships and manage commercial aspects of the project. - Continuously improve technical solutions and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct technical design, coordinating structural engineers, subcontractors, and design offices. - Develop and optimize technical solutions, including energy studies, electrical sizing, and calculation notes. - Draft technical specifications, descriptive notices, and detailed specifications. - Review and validate graphic deliverables (plans, principle diagrams). - Evaluate, select, and negotiate subcontractor offers for construction phases. - Monitor execution drawings from subcontractors and ensure they meet design intent. - Track and coordinate construction progress, adjusting schedules as needed. - Facilitate technical meetings with clients and stakeholders, serving as the project’s key contact. - Plan, prioritize, and schedule interventions to meet project milestones. **Required Skills:** - Strong engineering background in electrotechnics or related field. - In‑depth knowledge of CFO/CFA and/or CVC construction works. - Project management, scheduling, and resource coordination. - Technical documentation and specification writing. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on quality and safety. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. - Team collaboration and ability to work in a diverse environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent. - Proven experience in managing construction projects involving CFO/CFA and/or CVC. - Willingness and ability to acquire additional technical expertise as required.

Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting stringent rail safety standards. Expactations - Deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, and financial targets. - Coordinate business units, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Maintain compliance with rail industry safety, technical, and regulatory standards. - Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting. - Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard project integrity. Required Skills - Project management with advanced planning, budgeting, and monitoring capabilities. - Strong understanding of telco and protection equipment deployment (switches, routers, PABX, video systems, GSM/Tetra radios, antennas, copper/optical cables). - In‑depth knowledge of railway safety standards and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at coordinating cross‑functional teams. - Rapid problem‑solving and decisive decision‑making abilities.
