Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Collaborate on complex programs to elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for core system enhancements. Drive workshops, data mapping, and solution evaluation while supporting project planning and business case development. Expectations: - 2‑3 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience - Deliver high‑quality requirements and functional documentation across multiple simultaneous projects - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and maintain clear communication among stakeholders and technical teams Key Responsibilities: - Elicit and document business, functional, data, and technical requirements. - Create and maintain process models (BPMN) and system capability analyses. - Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather information for technical specifications. - Prioritize requirements for core system changes and manage change requests. - Participate in data mapping and integration activities between applications. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and subject matter experts to develop project plans and business cases. - Support testing and validation of solutions against documented requirements. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with both business and technical audiences. - Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. - Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. - Strong knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling. - Familiarity with UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping tools. - Multitasking ability: manage concurrent projects, balance deliverables, and prioritize tasks. - Interpersonal strong, resourceful, and creative problem‑solver. Required Education & Certifications: - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. - (Optional) Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
