Job Title: Quantitative Researcher Role Summary: Develop, implement, and evaluate algorithmic trading strategies for digital asset markets. Leverage statistical analysis and large‑scale data processing to generate risk‑adjusted returns and support decision‑making across multiple exchanges. Expectations: Deliver robust, high‑performance trading models; maintain ownership over end‑to‑end algorithm lifecycle; collaborate cross‑functionally with tech, data, and operations teams; demonstrate continuous improvement and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and deploy trading algorithms using C++, Java, or Python. - Conduct large‑scale data analysis with advanced statistical techniques to uncover trade opportunities. - Build and enhance analytical libraries for market data processing and strategy support. - Perform post‑trade and performance analysis, including risk mitigation and attribution studies. - Develop deep understanding of exchange market structures and asset class dynamics. - Document methodologies, code, and performance results for internal and client reporting. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving ability. - Proficient in at least one major programming language (C++, Java, Python). - Experience with statistical software and large‑scale data analytics. - Attention to detail, proactive ownership, stress resilience. - Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems (preferred). - Continuous learning mindset and ability to adopt new technologies quickly. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a closely related quantitative field.
