Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Application Support Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide operational support and continuous improvement for ICT applications, ensuring stability, availability, and performance. Develop and maintain existing and new applications, lead system upgrade projects, and deliver high‑quality customer service in line with SLA commitments. **Expectations:** - Maintain optimal application performance and reliability. - Produce accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles. - Meet or exceed defined service level agreements. - Contribute proactively to project cycles and system enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform routine operational tasks to sustain application stability and availability. - Develop, configure, test, and support current and future ICT applications. - Lead or contribute to cyclical ICT projects, upgrades, and migrations. - Provide first‑line and escalated support to end‑users, resolving incidents promptly. - Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge‑base articles. - Generate reports and dashboards using reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, ETL). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in application support (IT service environment). - Strong knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, ETL). - Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user guides. - Familiarity with ITIL V3 processes (certified or working towards certification). - Experience with housing management systems (e.g., Northgate) and/or repairs & scheduling systems (e.g., ROCC, DRS) is advantageous. - Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Relevant IT or Computer Science qualification (e.g., BSc, HND) or equivalent experience. - ITIL V3 Foundation certification (or actively pursuing). - Additional certifications in SQL, Power BI, or related technologies are a plus.
