Job Description
Job Title: Junior Project Manager – ERP Role Summary: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Expactations: Deliver project milestones on time, maintain accurate project documentation, communicate progress and risks effectively, and adhere to quality and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. - Coordinate activities across business units and external vendors. - Monitor project progress, update schedules, and flag deviations. - Compile and disseminate status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Support risk and issue management, including escalation procedures. - Ensure all project deliverables are documented and stored appropriately. - Facilitate change management and user training where required. - Contribute to post‑implementation reviews and lessons‑learned documentation. Required Skills: - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes. - Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail. - Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). - Team‑player attitude and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. - PMP or Prince2 Foundation certification preferred. - ERP‑specific training or certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) advantageous.
