Marketing Cloud Solution Architect
**Role Summary**
Provide strategic, technical leadership to clients in designing, architecting, and implementing marketing technology solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints. Act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into scalable, integrated, and future‑ready marketing ecosystem architectures.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 6 years delivering marketing technology solutions across diverse platforms.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and comprehensive knowledge of marketing platforms (CMS, DAM, CDP, MRM, MAPs, personalization engines).
- Proven business development and client‑management skills, including RFP responses and pitch deck creation.
- Demonstrated success in consulting or agency environments with a creative, innovative mindset.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is a strong asset.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design and deliver end‑to‑end marketing technology solutions that maximize business value and improve customer journeys.
2. Produce architecture artifacts: technical designs, solution architecture diagrams, and API integration specifications.
3. Lead API and integration initiatives to connect disparate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and customer experience.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate requirements into technical solutions, and guide marketing operations toward data‑driven practices.
5. Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, from C‑suite executives to frontline staff.
6. Support go‑to‑market activities, including technical presentations, pilot deployments, and post‑implementation performance reviews.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Administration, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions, DX, API).
- Strong knowledge of complementary marketing technologies: CMS, DAM, CDP, MRM, MAPs, personalization engines.
- API integration experience (REST/SOAP, middleware, event‑driven architectures).
- Solution architecture and high‑level design proficiency.
- Business development: RFP creation, proposal writing, pitch deck development.
- Consulting or agency experience delivering marketing technology solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- (Optional) Multilingual: English & French.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Architect) – preferred.
- Additional certifications in API integration, data management, or related marketing technologies are a plus.
