Job Description: Job Title: Senior Android Engineer Role Summary: Lead architect and developer for high‑scale Android applications, utilizing Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android frameworks to deliver robust, performant mobile solutions, while mentoring peers and driving best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Expectations: 5–7 years of professional Android experience; strong ownership of end‑to‑end feature delivery; proactive communication with product, design, QA, and engineering teams; continuous improvement of system architecture and developer practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain feature‑rich Android apps in Kotlin. • Participate in architecture and technical decision discussions. • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge. • Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues. • Champion automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous integration. • Stay current with platform updates and emerging mobile technologies.
