Job Description
**Job Title** Chef de Projet MOE (Maîtrise d'Œuvre) – IT Projects Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead technical implementation of IT projects, coordinating development and integration teams to deliver on-time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s information system architecture. Act as the bridge between business owners (MOA) and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continual process improvement. **Expectations** - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proactive, responsible, and autonomous with a results‑oriented mindset. - Demonstrated leadership in influencing and motivating cross‑functional teams. - Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project discipline. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct technical feasibility studies and define project scope. - Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. - Monitor progress, control costs, and enforce quality standards. - Report regularly to stakeholders and senior management. - Lead technical teams (internal and external) through design, development, testing, and deployment phases. - Oversee test planning, technical validation (recette), and post‑deployment support. - Identify and implement process and tool optimizations. - Maintain current knowledge of IT methodologies, technologies, and regulatory changes (e.g., electronic invoicing reforms). **Required Skills** - Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of database, API, and infrastructure architectures. - Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.). - Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices. - Strong technical judgment, adherence to standards, and quality focus. - Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP) and Agile (Scrum Master) preferred. - Knowledge of electronic invoicing regulations is a plus.
