Job Description

Job title: CHEF DE PROJET MOE (Maîtrise d'Œuvre) Role Summary: Lead the technical implementation of IT projects across key systems (Salesforce, SAP, Sage X3). Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with information system architecture, budget, and schedule while delivering quality outcomes. Expactations: - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain alignment with business and technical stakeholders. - Demonstrate proactive risk and change management. - Foster collaboration among internal teams and external vendors. - Support continuous improvement of processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical feasibility studies and define project scope. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Track progress, manage risks, and report status to business owners and senior management. - Coordinate development and integration teams; enforce adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices. - Define test plans, oversee technical acceptance testing, and approve releases. - Lead post‑deployment reviews to ensure smooth transition and support. - Drive process optimization and introduce technological enhancements. - Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing. - Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and technical designs. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of SI architecture (databases, APIs, infrastructure). - Minimum one professional programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python). - Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and related tools. - Proven leadership with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. - Fluency in English and French (written & spoken) for global collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s to Master’s level in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - Technical certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Azure DevOps Engineer, or SAP Certified Application Associate are a plus. - Familiarity with electronic invoicing regulations is advantageous.
