Job Description
Job title: Head of Marketing Role Summary: Lead the overall marketing strategy, rebrand execution, and brand positioning to support growth and sales objectives in a B2B built‑environment context. Expectations: • 8+ years in marketing, with strategic or leadership experience • Proven ability to develop and run multi‑channel B2B marketing programs • Strong understanding of office fit‑out, B2B furniture, or B2B lighting markets • Excellent brand strategy, campaign management, and team leadership skills • Comfortable collaborating across sales, executive, and external agencies Key Responsibilities: • Develop and launch company rebrand (strategy to public distribution) • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders • Create quarterly and annual marketing plans that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention aligned with business growth targets • Strengthen sales‑marketing alignment and provide sales enablement assets to improve campaign performance • Manage a small in‑house marketing team and external suppliers, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and consistent brand execution • Allocate and monitor marketing budget, reporting ROI to senior leadership Required Skills: • Strategic thinking and execution in B2B marketing • Brand management, creative direction, and content strategy • Cross‑functional collaboration (sales, product, finance, external agencies) • Data‑driven decision making and performance measurement • Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred) • Industry‑specific certifications (e.g., CMO, Digital Marketing, Brand Management) are a plus.
