Job Description: Job title: Raw Materials Assistant Role Summary: Support the Raw Materials team with organization, archival, and logistics of materials for a fashion brand, ensuring accurate records and smooth material flows for seasonal campaigns. Expactations: Deliver reliable support to the Raw Materials team on a contract basis, maintaining meticulous archives, ensuring timely processing of material shipments, and contributing to seasonal planning meetings. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced design cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain the Raw Material Library, including skins, prototypes, and seasonal archive entries. - Check in new material, skins, and prototype shipments, updating records in PLM and Excel. - Compile and archive colour cards, lab dips, and strike-off trials for leather and fabric across past seasons. - Manage the trim and soft trim library and archive supplier colour cards and material masters. - Assist with preparation and setup for seasonal milestone and material meetings. - Perform general team support functions: package trace, dispatch, and tracking. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PLM systems. - Ability to follow through on tasks and maintain accurate documentation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or related field (preferred). - 1+ year internship or entry‑level experience in apparel production, sourcing, or materials management (preferred but not required).

Job Description: Job title: Production Planning Assistant Role Summary: Contract‑based support for production planning in a fashion brand, managing purchase orders, system updates, and supplier communications to ensure on‑time deliveries. Expactations: • Full‑time contract position • Critical to maintain SAP integrity and supplier coordination • Timely communication of delivery status to internal teams Key Responsibilities: • Issue and submit purchase orders via SAP within specified deadlines. • Verify and update delivery dates in SAP; maintain delay reason codes. • Coordinate with Merchandise and Product Development teams to confirm PLM data before PO placement. • Maintain ongoing communication with overseas suppliers and office on deliveries, delays, and open issues. • Partner with vendors to mitigate delay risks and monitor on‑time performance. • Provide weekly delay analysis reports to Merchandising/CMP teams.
