**Job Title:** Junior Front‑End Developer
**Role Summary**
Execute the front‑end implementation of web experiences for promotional, brand, and event initiatives. Translate approved designs from Web and UX/UI teams into responsive, accessible, and high‑performance web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React within an internal CMS environment.
**Expectations**
- Produce clean, maintainable code that aligns with brand guidelines and design prototypes.
- Deliver projects on schedule while collaborating across marketing, product, and development units.
- Keep pace with emerging front‑end trends, toolsets, and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced context.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Web Designers and UX/UI designers to turn digital concepts into functional, pixel‑perfect layouts.
- Use HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, and React to build responsive, mobile‑first pages.
- Integrate components into the company’s content‑management system and maintain CMS‑based workflows.
- Create design markups, prototypes, and CSS frameworks that reflect brand aesthetics.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and resolve rendering issues.
- Optimize front‑end performance, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Collaborate on code reviews, version control (Git), and integration of APIs or third‑party services.
- Support internal, non‑consumer web projects and assist in creative review preparation.
- Stay current with new tools, libraries, and industry best practices and share insights with the team.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
- Experience with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.) and mobile‑first design.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and build tools (Webpack, Gulp, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and content‑workflow management.
- Expertise in design & prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
- Solid understanding of version control (Git).
- Awareness of SEO fundamentals, accessibility (WCAG), and front‑end performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting ability for cross‑browser and responsive issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative problem‑solver with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design & Development, or a related field *or* equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2+ years of front‑end development experience or comparable hands‑on portfolio.
