**Job Title:** New Business Developer **Role Summary:** Drive commercial growth by sourcing, engaging, and converting strategic clients for an IT & Digital Executive Search firm. Own the new‑business pipeline, build long‑term partnerships, and position the company as the quality reference for executive search in the ICT & Digital space. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new client acquisition. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Build lasting relationships that lead to multi‑year engagements. - Act as a strategic partner, understanding clients’ business and IT challenges and communicating the firm’s value proposition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct proactive market analysis to identify growth opportunities in ICT & Digital sectors. - Prospect and engage high‑potential decision makers in multinationals and SMEs. - Lead consultation sessions, uncover clients’ talent and executive‑search needs, and propose solutions. - Negotiate contracts to secure win‑win agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships. - Coordinate with senior team members to tailor proposals and deliver presentations. - Plan and participate in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate leads. - Track progress using CRM, generate regular reports on pipeline metrics and sales forecasts. - Provide feedback to product and strategy teams on market trends and client demand. **Required Skills:** - Strong sales acumen and proven track record in new‑business development. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives. - Persuasive negotiation and closing skills. - Strategic thinking and problem‑solving orientation. - Self‑motivated, resilient “hunter” mentality. - Collaborative team player, able to work cross‑functionally. - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
