**Job Title:** PLM 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect / Functional Consultant (F/H)
**Role Summary:**
Design and govern scalable, secure PLM architectures on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while also acting as a functional consultant to capture business needs, configure modules, and support end‑users. Bridge business and technical teams across complex, multi‑project environments.
**Expectations:**
- Define and maintain the overall PLM solution architecture.
- Ensure technical, functional, and application coherence.
- Lead integration of 3DEXPERIENCE modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and tailor the platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, EXALEAD).
- Provide workshops, training, and support to users.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders; work autonomously with rigor.
- Fluent French required; English optional.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Solution Architecture** – Design global PLM architectures, ensure scalability and security, guide architectural decisions and best practices.
2. **Integration Management** – Oversee integration of platform modules, maintain technical consistency across projects.
3. **Functional Consulting** – Elicit business processes, produce functional specs, configure 3DEXPERIENCE, and support user adoption.
4. **Project Support** – Assist functional and technical project teams, facilitate workshops, trainings, and provide post‑go‑live support.
5. **Testing & Deployment** – Contribute to test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and support rollout activities.
6. **Stakeholder Liaison** – Act as the primary interface between business units and IT, challenge requirements, propose sustainable solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience with 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform.
- Deep knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes modules (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, EXALEAD).
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and PLM best practices.
- Ability to operate in complex, multi‑project environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and problem‑solving capability.
- Fluent French (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred: Dassault Systèmes certifications (e.g., ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA) or equivalent PLM certifications.
