Job Description
**Job Title:** Boomi DataHub and Integration Lead **Role Summary:** Design and implement enterprise master data management and integration solutions on the Boomi Platform, primarily leveraging Boomi DataHub. Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for master data domains, translating business requirements into robust, governed, and scalable configurations. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality master data and integration solutions that meet governance, data quality, and scalability standards. - Lead technical design, configuration, and deployment of Boomi DataHub and integration processes. - Mentor junior team members and provide pre‑sales demonstrations of the Boomi Platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and build master data domains (Customer, Account, Vendor, Product, etc.) using Boomi DataHub, including data modeling, matching, deduplication, and survivorship rules. - Design, configure, and deploy Boomi integration processes (connectors, APIs, error handling) to link systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, data warehouses, and third‑party APIs. - Implement data governance, quality, and stewardship workflows within Boomi. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution scope, and validate designs. - Lead solution design sessions, translating business processes into platform configurations. - Conduct Boomi Platform demos and technical discussions with clients, supporting pre‑sales engagements. - Stay current with Boomi best practices, new features, and industry trends, advising on continuous improvement. - Manage integration-related risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of integration and data management experience. - 3+ years of hands‑on Boomi Platform experience, including DataHub. - Deep expertise in Boomi DataHub (MDM configuration, deployment). - Strong knowledge of master data modeling and matching/survivorship rule design. - Proficiency in Boomi integration development (processes, connectors, APIs, error handling). - Experience integrating with Salesforce, ERP, data warehouses, and external APIs. - Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles. - Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities. - Capability to deliver demos and technical presentations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Boomi Professional Developer Certification (required or in progress). - Boomi DataHub Certification (required or strongly preferred). - Additional Boomi certifications (API Management, Integration Architect) considered a plus. ---
