Job Description
**Job title:** Digital Adoption Specialist **Role Summary:** Provide expert training and support to ensure adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and legal‑tech platforms (iManage, Intapp) across the organization. Drive digital transformation initiatives through user education, adoption strategies, and performance measurement. **Expactations:** - Deliver engaging, instructional content on selected technologies. - Facilitate onboarding, workshops, and refresher courses. - Analyze adoption metrics and report progress to stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product releases and industry trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and coordinate learning plans for end‑users and power users. - Create user guides, quick‑reference sheets, e‑learning modules, and knowledge base articles. - Conduct live training sessions (virtual and in‑person) and provide one‑on‑one coaching. - Identify adoption gaps, develop remediation plans, and track effectiveness. - Collaborate with product teams, change management, and IT to align training with platform updates. - Provide subject‑matter expertise for new feature rollouts and internal pilots. - Resolve user issues related to functionality, configuration, or workflow. - Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, quizzes, and usage analytics. **Required Skills:** - Strong instructional design and facilitation experience. - Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite (including Copilot) and legal‑tech solutions (iManage, Intapp). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Data‑driven approach to assess training impact and adoption. - Ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly language. - Experience with learning management systems and e‑learning authoring tools. - Proactive problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation. - Team‑collaborative mindset with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or related field. - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent Microsoft 365 certification. - Familiarity with legal‑tech certifications (iManage, Intapp) preferred. - Additional instructional design or adult learning credentials a plus.
