**Job Title:**
SAP Project Manager – M/F
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, deployment, and integration of SAP Industry solutions across six manufacturing sites. Manage all project phases—scoping, design, testing, change management, and hand‑over—while ensuring alignment with industrial processes in the food & agri‑food sector. Oversee a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 specialists, drive program progress, and report to executive stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end SAP industrial projects on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
- Demonstrate ownership of program health, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration among business, IT, and operational teams, translating functional requirements into system solutions.
- Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership and ensure governance structures are respected.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scoping, objectives, and deliverables; prepare detailed plans and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional phases: requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, integration, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and go‑live support.
- Align SAP modules (PP, COPC, QM) with production, supply chain, quality, and cost‑control processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage 20+ business users, facilitating workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor budget, schedule, and performance metrics; produce status reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Drive change management activities, ensuring user adoption and minimal operational disruption.
- Act as interface between the project team and external vendors/consultants as needed.
- Oversee post‑go‑live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in SAP Industry modules (PP, COPC, QM) with proven deployment experience.
- Strong understanding of food and agri‑food manufacturing processes: production planning, quality management, traceability, supply chain, and cost accounting.
- Project management proficiency (PSP/PMI or equivalent).
- Leadership and team‑management capabilities; ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication; adept at reporting to executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with an IT/Systems focus.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an industrial food/agri‑food environment.
- SAP certification relevant to PP, COPC, or QM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP PP).
- Additional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
