Job Title: Sr Business Applications Analyst – Salesforce Administrator
Role Summary:
Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for bridging business requirements with technical implementation, designing and maintaining Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, and driving platform-scale DevOps practices.
Expectations:
• Serve as primary liaison between cross‑functional stakeholders and the Salesforce platform.
• Set clear service boundaries, manage competing priorities, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Champion modern development workflows (CI/CD, Git, DX) to improve release velocity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to define service boundaries, manage expectations, and negotiate priorities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, maintain project roadmaps, and implement agile delivery using Jira.
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects, processes, and automation.
- Architect scalable solutions and integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST, SOAP, Census, Gong).
- Ensure data quality, security, and overall platform performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
- Oversee version control, deployment processes, and release management via Git workflows.
- Configure automated testing, enforce development standards, and maintain Salesforce DX & CLI environments.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT) and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in Git, release management, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, third‑party APIs).
- Proven stakeholder management and boundary setting.
- Excellent communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SA) and Advanced Administrator (CAA) or equivalent Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, DevOps Engineer – Trailhead, or relevant integration certifications are advantageous.
