Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, infrastructure, DBA and cross‑application teams. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code within competing deadlines, mentor team members, and communicate with senior stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to banking domain standards.
