Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven experience as an agile coach.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle, and ability to translate business strategy into technical delivery.
- Expertise in agile metrics (backlog health, velocity, burndown, story points) and use of data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, concise stakeholder briefings, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile credentials strongly preferred.
