Job Title: QA Automation Analyst
Role Summary: Automate and execute quality testing for identity intelligence web and mobile applications in a Linux‑based, cloud‑enabled environment, ensuring functional, performance, and security standards are met.
Expectations: 2+ years of automated testing experience, proficiency in Python or JavaScript, knowledge of QA lifecycle, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent test projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs, web UI, and mobile interfaces.
• Leverage Selenium, Mocha, Katalon Studio, JMeter, Pytest, or comparable frameworks.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing; generate QA metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test requirements and resolve defects.
• Adapt quickly to new applications and evolving technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Skills: • QA methodology and full QA life cycle.
• 2+ years experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar OO languages.
• Hands‑on with Selenium, Mocha, Katalon Studio, JMeter, Jira Test Manager, Jenkins, or Pytest.
• API testing (REST), web UI, mobile testing expertise.
• JSON, XML, HTML proficiency.
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
Optional Enhancements: • Performance testing, smoke/regression/functional testing methods.
• Cloud and distributed search/computing platform experience.
• Third‑party integration and quality metric management.
Required Education & Certifications: • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
