Job Description
**Job title** Technical Authority Cyber/OT **Role Summary** Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cyber security practices for operational technology (OT) environments within manufacturing settings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver secure, reliable OT operations supporting global production goals. - Demonstrate strategic oversight of cyber security initiatives across multiple sites. - Maintain proactive engagement with international travel to coordinate with remote stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute OT security strategy, policies, and standards. - Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analyses for industrial control systems. - Oversee deployment of security controls (network segmentation, access management, monitoring, incident response). - Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to embed security into process design and operations. - Lead incident response and investigation for OT-related security events. - Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, and relevant industry regulations. - Provide expert guidance, training, and awareness programs for OT personnel. - Evaluate emerging OT security technologies and recommend adoption. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of OT/ICS architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI). - Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443). - Experience with risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response in OT contexts. - Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proven project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Willingness to travel internationally to support global operations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Cyber Security, or related discipline. - Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, IEC 62443, or equivalent.
