Job title: IT Agile Project Manager
Role Summary
Lead and manage end‑to‑end Agile software delivery for a SaaS HRMS product, overseeing cross‑functional teams, optimizing Jira processes, and delivering BI‑driven dashboards and executive reports to track progress, performance, and risk.
Expectations
* 10+ years of IT project management, with emphasis on Agile software delivery.
* Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, EazyBI, etc.).
* Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated reporting frameworks and dashboards.
* Strong stakeholder communication and leadership across remote, distributed teams.
* Continuous improvement of Agile practices and data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end‑to‑end Agile projects using Scrum, SAFe or hybrid frameworks.
* Lead cross‑functional delivery teams (product, engineering, QA, UX).
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews.
* Design, maintain, and continually improve Jira dashboards, workflows, and automation.
* Create advanced Jira reports (sprint tracking, release planning, capacity, cycle time, throughput).
* Build executive‑level BI reports (Power BI/ Tableau) on KPIs, trends, forecasts.
* Integrate reporting across Jira, Confluence, and third‑party platforms for unified visibility.
* Define and enforce reporting standards for performance metrics, quality indicators, and delivery trends.
* Communicate project status, blockers, risks, and resource utilization to stakeholders.
* Champion continuous improvement in Agile delivery efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills
* Deep knowledge of Jira (custom workflows, filters, dashboards, automation, Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI, BigPicture).
* Experience building BI dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
* Mastery of Agile metrics: velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, lead/cycle time, defect leakage, story points.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, stakeholder‑appropriate reports and visualizations.
* Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in fast‑paced SaaS environments.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent.
