Job title: Customer Solutions Consultant II
Role Summary:
Serve as a technical and strategic advisor for enterprise prospects and existing customers, driving adoption of Ada’s AI‑powered customer service platform across the entire client lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Sales to secure new business, design integration scopes, and support implementation and post‑sale success, ensuring clients realize measurable value and increased automation.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years in strategy, management, technology consulting, or pre‑sales engineering.
- Strong fluency in French or Spanish is an asset.
- Working knowledge of APIs and common SaaS platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, including C‑suite.
- Relationship‑building proficiency with VP‑level stakeholders.
- Analytical curiosity, continuous learning mindset, ability to improve processes.
- Resilient, adaptable team player with a start‑up mentality, able to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with generative AI implementation considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead discovery sessions to uncover client requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Scope and design API‑driven integrations with clients’ existing tech stacks.
3. Deliver concise, value‑based presentations—product demos, technical assessments, roadmaps—to stakeholders at all levels.
4. Build custom demos and sandboxes that illustrate long‑term value of Ada’s automation strategy.
5. Support pre‑sales revenue goals by closing new business and maintaining quarterly targets.
6. Guide clients through implementation, go‑live, and ongoing adoption to maximize automated resolution rates.
7. Conduct quarterly business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and drive platform utilization.
8. Provide customer and market feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to inform product and marketing enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Technical consulting and pre‑sales engineering experience.
- API integration and SaaS platform expertise.

Required Education & Certifications:
