Key Responsibilities - Operate specialized agricultural equipment (planters, combines, sprayers, tillage machinery) with precision. - Conduct routine maintenance, preventive care, and in‑season repairs to minimize downtime. - Manage equipment logistics: loading, hauling, unloading at diverse field sites. - Safely operate a forklift for various tasks. - Collaborate with research team on project planning, equipment capability assessment, and field logistics. - Assist in accurate field data collection, ensuring data integrity. - Promote and enforce site safety policies and procedures. Build robust data pipelines, apply prompt engineering, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver actionable insights and explainable recommendations. Expectations - At least 5 years of professional data science experience, preferably in digital media advertising or marketing analytics. - Strong command of English for cross‑border collaboration. - Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions in production environments. Key Responsibilities - Architect and maintain scalable frameworks for training and validating GenAI models. - Engineer prompts to optimize segmentation accuracy, explainability, and business alignment. - Clean, transform, and enrich user‑level engagement data; build and refine data pipelines. - Conduct technical audits, statistical validation, and iterative improvements of proof‑of‑concept models. - Translate behavioral signals and content interaction data to reflect real‑world user behavior (recency, fatigue, decay). - Select and apply appropriate modeling techniques for segmentation and personalization. - Guide data engineering and feature selection, addressing data constraints and quality issues. - Communicate model outcomes and rationales to non‑technical stakeholders with clear, natural‑language explanations.
