**Job title** Hardware Support & Test Engineer (Contract) **Role Summary** Contract engineer providing on‑site field troubleshooting and prototype testing for novel sleep‑technology hardware. Works closely with product development to diagnose failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and build diagnostic tools. **Expectations** * 12‑month contract, on‑site in San Francisco. * Perform rapid field support and prototype validation. * Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams. * Deliver actionable insights and corrective actions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Investigate and resolve field unit failures by analyzing on‑board data and sensor readings. 2. Communicate with customers to capture failure symptoms and reproduce issues. 3.
