**Job Title** Rooftop Server (F/H) **Role Summary** Deliver outstanding front‑of‑house service to guests on the hotel’s rooftop dining area, ensuring high standards of hospitality, menu knowledge, and teamwork during all service periods. **Expectations** - Maintain professional etiquette and appearance at all times. - Show responsiveness, attentiveness and enthusiasm when serving guests. - Collaborate with the manager and teammates to meet service goals. **Key Responsibilities** - Set up and clear tables, including arranging consoles, linens and table settings. - Serve food and beverages, clear plates promptly and maintain a clean dining area. - Assist the manager with overall service coordination and guest requests. - Process reservations accurately, listen to guests’ preferences, and present the menu. - Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries. - Deliver prepared dishes to the dining area and support kitchen communication. - Participate in end‑of‑shift cleaning and organization. - Apply all available measures to guarantee guest satisfaction and loyalty. **Required Skills** - Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. - Strong teamwork orientation. - Attention to detail and organizational ability. - Flexibility and adaptability to multiple tasks. - Proactive attitude toward quality and excellence. **Required Education & Certifications** - CAP Restaurant (or equivalent). - Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, or Bac Technologique Hôtellerie, or equivalent hospitality qualification.
