Job Description: **Job Title** Co-Founder & CEO – AI Reverse Logistics **Role Summary** Visionary founder‑level executive to launch and lead an AI‑native reverse‑logistics orchestration SaaS platform. Responsible for product development, customer acquisition, seed fundraising, full P&L ownership, and building the founding team and culture. **Expectations** - Full‑time, exclusive commitment to the venture. - Own P&L of the new entity. - Deliver initial market traction and prepare for seed round. - Secure equity stake and align with venture studio resources. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire pilot customers, define pricing, and validate retention/expansion. - Partner with product/engineering to launch MVP (V1) and iterate. - Lead seed fundraising, craft investor narrative, and close capital. - Recruit, hire, and develop the founding team; establish cultural foundations. - Design and execute GTM strategy (sales, marketing, customer success). - Align platform with existing ERP, WMS, and commerce systems; ensure financial closure tracking. **Required Skills** - Proven experience co‑founding or leading a B2B SaaS/AI venture. - Strong GTM track record in enterprise SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement. - Fundraising expertise with a fintech/early‑stage investor network. - Leadership ability to attract and mentor top talent. - Deep knowledge of operations‑heavy commerce, supply chain, logistics, returns, warranty, and post‑sale workflows. - Strategic product vision, analytical mindset, and scrappy startup execution. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field). - MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required.
