Director Strategic Account Sales
**Role Summary**
Lead executive partnership and growth for the firm’s top enterprise clients. Develop and execute multi‑year digital transformation, AI, and cloud modernization strategies, while managing delivery governance and program execution across U.S./Canada‑India teams.
**Expectations**
- Drive $10M+ account revenue and expansion.
- Maintain C‑level relationships and influence strategy.
- Ensure program quality, on‑time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Operate within a hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Executive account leadership: build trusted partnerships with CIO, CTO, CDO, CPO, VP Engineering and CEO.
2. Account strategy: define and execute multi‑year plans focused on digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud modernization.
3. Growth identification: uncover new opportunities within existing accounts, develop proposals with practice and delivery teams.
4. Program governance: manage complex enterprise programs, track budgets, milestones, resources, and customer satisfaction.
5. Operational execution: oversee resource pipelines, hiring, utilization, risk & dependency management.
6. Cross‑functional collaboration: bridge delivery and strategy teams across Canada, U.S., and India; champion a unified culture.
7. Health monitoring: conduct QBRs, governance reviews, and health checks to align outcomes with client objectives.
**Required Skills**
- 15+ years in IT professional services or digital engineering; 5+ years senior account/client partner experience.
- Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios (≥$10M) with distributed delivery models.
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud‑native development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong program management, organizational, and operational excellence skills.
- Hands‑on leadership with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
- Executive communication, influence, and client success orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, growth‑driven, business‑savvy.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or project management (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) strongly desired.
