**Job Title:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and optimize the organization’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, design and execute data‑driven marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance audience targeting and campaign performance. **Expectations:** - Maintain a mature Marketing Cloud environment with high availability and data integrity. - Deliver effective email and journey campaigns that meet performance targets. - Provide technical support and training to internal users. - Continuously improve processes through analytics and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and launch campaigns in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder. - Build and maintain Data Extensions and audience segments, integrating data from Sales and Service Cloud. - Create and manage user journeys and automated flows. - Write basic T‑SQL queries for audience selection and reporting. - Perform minor HTML/CSS edits for email templates. - Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations. - Collaborate with Data Science, CRM, Design, and Communications teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator. - Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Data Extensions. - Ability to write basic T‑SQL queries and perform HTML/CSS edits. - Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred.
