Marketing Analyst
**Role Summary**
Serve as the analytical backbone of the marketing team, converting performance metrics into actionable insights to drive strategy, optimize campaigns across paid media, and improve customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead data‑backed advisory for Growth and Creative teams.
2. Develop and implement advanced measurement frameworks and attribution models linking media spend to business outcomes.
3. Own end‑to‑end analytics for digital paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, partnerships).
4. Identify optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates, CAC, and LTV across channels.
5. Conduct post‑campaign deep dives; publish insights that shape future planning.
6. Build and maintain performance dashboards and custom reports from GA4, Meta, Google Ads, CRM, and other sources.
7. Ensure data accuracy in tagging, tracking, and attribution across platforms.
8. Work with engineering to refine tracking, tagging, and data capture processes.
9. Segment and analyze first‑party data to identify high‑value audiences for targeting and creative strategy.
10. Support CRM‑based audience builds for paid targeting and retargeting.
11. Translate behavioral trends into actionable recommendations for customer experience and retention.
12. Manage A/B testing frameworks across channels to guide optimization and creative iteration.
13. Develop methodologies to measure impact beyond last‑click attribution.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in digital media ecosystem: paid search, paid social, programmatic.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced use of Looker Studio or Tableau for reporting.
- SQL for querying and data integration across multiple sources.
- Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo).
- Strong grasp of conversion tracking, multi‑touch attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Detail‑oriented with strategic thinking and urgency.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or media analytics, preferably in tech, healthcare, or e‑commerce.
