Job Title: SAP Ariba SAP Trainer – Outside IR35 – Hybrid Role Summary: Deliver and manage end‑user training for SAP Ariba within a Finance and Donor Funds Transformation Programme, focusing on Procure‑to‑Pay processes and ERP adoption. Expactations: - Design, update, and deliver training programs for diverse audiences, including VIPs, super‑users, and finance teams. - Ensure training materials are engaging, up‑to‑date, and aligned with SAP EnableNow and LMS standards. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot user queries via Teams, email, and in‑person channels. - Monitor adoption, assess training effectiveness, and refine content to meet business readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive training modules for SAP Ariba and Procure‑to‑Pay processes. - Create and maintain training content using SAP EnableNow, incorporating process design documentation. - Conduct live and virtual training sessions for all user levels. - Respond to user questions and provide post‑training support. - Track training metrics, adjust content based on feedback, and report on adoption progress. - Collaborate with the SI partner to integrate training into the Bank's LMS and SAP EnableNow platforms. Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay workflows in SAP Ariba. - Proven experience delivering SAP Ariba training in financial services or banking. - Expertise in SAP EnableNow content creation and LMS integration. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both large and small audiences. - Ability to translate complex process designs into user‑friendly training. - Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Relevant SAP Ariba certification (e.g., SAP Ariba Procurement, SAP Ariba Module Lead) preferred.
