Job Description
Job Title: Security Ops Engineer (H/F) Role Summary: Secure and protect the SaaS HR platform by embedding security into development, operations, and infrastructure practices. Leverage IaC, automation, and scanning tools to ensure continuous compliance with industry regulations. Expectations: - Minimum 5 years in a similar security engineering role. - Advanced degree (Bac+5/Master) in Computer Engineering or equivalent. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, cloud and on‑prem environments, and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, RGPD, NIS2). - Strong automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python) and CI/CD integration (GitLab). - Ability to train and influence cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain security‑as‑code policies across CI/CD pipelines. 2. Automate security tasks and orchestrate tooling (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). 3. Deploy and manage automated scanning (vulnerability, dependency, static code analysis). 4. Integrate security testing throughout build, test, and deployment phases. 5. Enforce best practices in cloud (GCP) and on‑prem (Proxmox) environments. 6. Manage access, secrets, and certificates applying least‑privilege principle. 7. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, RGPD, NIS2 and other relevant regulations. 8. Conduct workshops, training, and awareness sessions to promote a DevSecOps culture. Required Skills: - Cybersecurity fundamentals (confidentiality, integrity, availability). - Cloud security (GCP) and on‑prem virtualization (Proxmox). - Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Terraform, Ansible. - Scripting: Bash, Python. - CI/CD pipeline security (GitLab). - Knowledge of ISO 27001, RGPD, NIS2. - DevSecOps mindset and continuous improvement. - Strong communication, pedagogical, and collaborative skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bac+5). - Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, CEH) are advantageous but not mandatory.
