Job Description

**Job Title:** Server and Networks Engineer (Cyber Security Infrastructure) **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure to ensure operational stability and cybersecurity compliance. **Expectations:** Proven 3rd line network support experience in enterprise environments. Deep technical expertise in secure infrastructure technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide 3rd line support for enterprise network incidents to ensure high availability. - Maintain and optimize network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, FortiNet). - Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama systems. - Manage Zscaler ZIA/ZPA for secure internet and remote access. - Support cloud networking environments on Microsoft Azure (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPNs). - Administer Cisco Meraki wireless, switching, and security appliances. - Collaborate with 1st/2nd line teams to resolve network incidents. **Required Skills:** - Cisco routing/switching (Catalyst 9000, ASA, Firepower). - Palo Alto Firewalls deployment and troubleshooting. - Meraki and Fortinet network security expertise. - Microsoft Azure cloud networking configuration. - Zscaler identity/access security (ZIA/ZPA) administration. - Cybersecurity infrastructure design and troubleshooting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in IT, networking, or cybersecurity. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Palo Alto certification).
