**Job Title**
ERP Functional Consultant – Trade, Production, Logistics (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Deliver end‑to‑end implementation of Divalto ERP and associated CRM modules for SMEs and mid‑cap clients in trade, logistics, and manufacturing. Responsible for requirement elicitation, detailed functional specification, system configuration, validation, user training, and go‑live support, closely collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and CRM/BI consultants.
**Expectations**
- Execute projects from scoping through production launch.
- Conduct workshops, translate business needs into functional specs, configure the system, run tests, and deliver training materials.
- Provide on‑site support during start‑up and go‑live phases (≤1 day/week on average, up to 2‑3 consecutive days when required).
- Work autonomously, maintain high quality delivery, and continuously improve functional knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Facilitate functional workshops to capture business processes.
2. Draft detailed functional specifications that translate user requirements into configuration actions.
3. Configure Divalto modules (sales, purchasing, inventory, production) to align with client processes.
4. Plan, execute, and document functional testing, including user acceptance and regression tests.
5. Deliver end‑user training and create supporting documentation.
6. Support users during go‑live, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth hand‑over to support teams.
7. Coordinate with project managers, technical consultants, and CRM/BI specialists on project milestones.
8. Keep up‑to‑date on Divalto best practices, new releases, and industry trends.
**Required Skills**
- Strong understanding of trade, logistics, and production processes.
- Ability to analyze complex processes, produce clear documentation, and configure ERP solutions.
- Experience with functional specification writing, testing, and end‑user training.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client‑service orientation.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑focused, and cooperative team member.
- Familiarity with Divalto ERP strongly preferred; experience with Sage X3, Cegid XRP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, or Infor viewed favorably.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bac+4/5 diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Functional ERP certification or equivalent training is an advantage but not mandatory.
