**Job Title:** AI Prompt Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and optimize LLM prompts for platforms such as DealCloud, Filament Sifter, and Capsa. Partner with AI vendors to enhance prompt performance, support chatbot creation, and embed AI‑driven insights into enterprise workflows and dashboards.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 + years experience in AI/NLP or prompt engineering.
- Proven ability to improve user interaction and decision‑making through effective prompting.
- Independent contributor with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create, test, and refine high‑quality prompts for designated platforms.
- Liaise with AI providers (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to boost prompt relevance and accuracy.
- Support AI chatbot design and implementation within DealCloud.
- Work with data engineers and visualization teams to integrate AI insights into dashboards and workflows.
- Monitor prompt performance, manage context windows, and ensure token efficiency.
- Document prompt logic, use cases, integration approaches, and performance metrics.
**Required Skills:**
- Prompt engineering for LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Strong grasp of generative AI, prompt chaining, context management, and token optimization.
- Python programming; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise CRMs (DealCloud, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) and dashboard platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- RESTful API/SDK integration experience.
- Cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) – beneficial.
- Ability to translate business requirements into prompt strategies.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred: Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer) or NLP-specific training.
