Job Title: Senior Project Manager Role Summary: Lead a strategic program for a government client, integrating Agile and traditional project management practices to deliver cloud‑based modernization projects. Partner with cross‑functional teams (design, product, engineering, PM) and manage contract operations, budgeting, risk, and change management. Expactations: • 8–10 years of IT implementation project experience, including 5+ years managing PM teams. • Strong Agile (CSM/SAFe) and traditional PM skills (IMS, P&L, risk/change/quality management). • Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ability to independently identify and resolve challenges, build client relationships, and deliver measurable results. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end technical recruitment for software, infrastructure, delivery, design, and product engineering roles. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations while driving strategy to build high‑capacity teams that support government service initiatives. Expactations: - Deliver a high‑volume, pipeline‑driven recruiting process that meets business goals and timelines. - Partner with engineering leadership to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies. - Maintain a superior candidate experience through proactive communication and post‑process follow‑up. - Represent the employer brand at external events and on digital platforms.
