Leads automation initiatives with Ansible and Satellite, manages patching and vulnerability remediation, and provides 24x7 on‑call support. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to implement Linux‑based solutions that meet business requirements. Expectations: * 5+ years of Linux system administration experience (RHEL 8/9). * Proven skill in server build, custom configuration, and performance tuning for Oracle databases. * Strong knowledge of security patching, vulnerability management, and PCI compliance. * Proficiency in automation tools: Ansible playbooks, Ansible Automation Platform, and Satellite 6. * Operational experience with VMware and basic networking (TCP/IP, firewalls). * Effective troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation. * Availability for rotating on‑call support in a 24x7 environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform system tuning for application‑specific needs and standardize Linux environments. 2. Document all procedures, changes, and incidents. 7. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement Linux‑based solutions. 8. Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead enterprise‑level Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, and Platform clouds. Manage end‑to‑end delivery, governance, release, and data security within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall PMO frameworks, ensuring alignment with compliance and risk standards. **Expectations** * Deliver large, multi‑unit Salesforce projects on schedule, budget, and quality goals. * Establish and maintain robust governance, change control, SDLC, and data security processes. * Act as primary liaison among business stakeholders, PMO, technical teams, and vendors. * Facilitate continuous process improvement, automation, and adoption of Salesforce best practices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce program delivery for Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Platform clouds. 2. Create and maintain project governance plans, RAID logs, change control procedures, stage gates, and PMO‑aligned roadmaps. 3. Define and enforce SDLC and release management policies (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with deployment checklists, rollback plans, and release calendars. 4. Establish data governance and security procedures (roles/profiles, SSO, sharing rules, audit trails). 5. Author and update policies, playbooks, RACI matrices, and version‑controlled documentation (BRD, FSD, test plans, release notes). 6. Manage requirements, approvals, change management (CAB), vendor integration standards, and testing standards (functional, regression, performance, UAT). 7. Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA, SOX, and internal risk frameworks. 8. Conduct training and enablement sessions to embed new procedures across teams. 9. Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, architects, admins, developers, QA, and vendors. 10. Facilitate roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, executive steering meetings, and produce KPI dashboards and status reports. 11. Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and update policies accordingly. 12. Champion process improvements, automation, and Salesforce best practices. **Required Skills** * 8+ years Project Management in enterprise IT/CRM; 3+ years managing Salesforce enterprise projects. * Proven experience writing, implementing, and governing enterprise policies and procedures. * Strong command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; PMO framework experience. * Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration/architecture, APIs, middleware, environments, and deployment tools (Change Sets, CI/CD). * Familiarity with multiple Salesforce Clouds and AppExchange solutions. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership. * Analytical skills for risk assessment, impact analysis, and performance monitoring. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. * Salesforce certifications: Administrator (ADM201), Platform App Builder, or relevant Cloud cert (preferred). * Project/Agile certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP (preferred). * Governance/Compliance certifications (ITIL Foundation, COBIT, Data Privacy) are a plus.
