**Job Title**
Expert NetDevOps
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated network solutions across a multi‑site campus environment. Drive industrialization of network deployments, contribute to transformation projects, and support operational excellence using DevOps practices.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 10–15 years of senior network engineering experience, including significant expertise in campus LAN, Wi‑Fi, and NAC.
- Proven track record in network automation, scripting, and DevOps tooling.
- Ability to work autonomously in complex, multi‑site, European operations.
- Strong documentation skills and commitment to process rigor.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Industrialisation & Automation** – Define and deploy automation for deployment, configuration, and monitoring of LAN, Wi‑Fi, and NAC devices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC scripts.
2. **Project Contribution** – Participate in transformation initiatives such as LAN redesign, SDN migrations, and NAC integrations. Provide HLD/LLD input and automation strategy.
3. **Operational Support** – Handle tier‑3 incidents, update technical documentation, and support on‑call rotations.
**Required Skills**
- Campus networking (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper) – LAN, Wi‑Fi, NAC.
- Protocols: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, RADIUS, 802.1X.
- Automation tools: Ansible, Python.
- DevOps: Git, Jenkins, Terraform (IaC), CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitoring: Linux, LibreNMS, Prometheus.
- Networking APIs: RESTCONF, NETCONF, vendor APIs (Cisco/Aruba).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Networks or Telecommunications.
- Certifications enhance candidacy: CCNP/CCIE, Cisco DevNet, Aruba Certified, or equivalent.
