**Job Title:** Tech Lead Microsoft Power Platform
**Role Summary:**
Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Power Platform solutions for clients, ensuring high quality, security, and scalability. Act as technical consultant and project manager, coordinating with pre‑sales, development, and client teams, while driving continuous improvement of internal technical expertise.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of IT architecture experience, primarily with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑grade, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of client projects: scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, and hand‑over.
- Validate technical architecture documents and propose integrations with other ecosystems (e.g., ECM/EDMS).
- Conduct technical audits, feasibility studies, and provide consultancy on system architecture.
- Develop connectors, scripts, and automation workflows (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps/Flow, SQL).
- Lead demo sessions, client training, and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in pre‑sales activities: scoping, cost estimation, and solution design.
- Oversee application testing, user acceptance, and post‑deployment support (TMA).
- Manage and enforce security and governance best practices across environments.
- Perform technology watch on Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and related services.
- Lead DevOps: supervise pipelines, CI/CD, and tenant health.
- Validate project estimates and technical feasibility with senior leadership.
- Support client on‑site and remote during implementation and maintenance phases.
**Required Skills:**
- Architecture design for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, Data Lake).
- Proficiency in programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web/AD/IIS environments.
- Experience with ECM/GED platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Alfresco, OpenText).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL‑400 and/or PL‑600) highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
