**Job Title**
Systems & Networks Engineer (M/F) – Permanent
**Role Summary**
Responsible for the installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure and network solutions for customers. Ensures performance, reliability, and security of systems, supports technical sales teams in solution design, and maintains accurate technical documentation.
**Expectations**

- Guarantee system stability, security, and optimal performance for client environments.
- Provide prompt technical assistance and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
- Contribute technical expertise to sales proposals and continuous service improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and configure servers, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related hardware.
- Deploy operating systems, enterprise applications, and updates, ensuring compatibility and optimal operation.
- Perform performance, compatibility, and security testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and on‑site support of client infrastructures.
- Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation: architecture diagrams, configuration records, installation procedures, and intervention reports.
- Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, diagnosing and resolving incidents within SLA timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, project managers, and external vendors to coordinate deployments and share critical information.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry best practices; propose continuous improvements and optimizations.
- Support Technico‑Commercial Engineers in developing and presenting technical offers.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
- Experience with server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Proficiency in firewall configuration and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to perform system and network testing, performance tuning, and incident troubleshooting.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork; ability to interact with sales, project, and vendor teams.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
