Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Enablement & Training Specialist Role Summary: Design, deliver, and manage sales enablement programs to optimize tool adoption, knowledge, and performance across the sales organization. Expectations: - Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for sales hires. - Create, maintain, and standardize enablement content and documentation. - Monitor tool adoption, identify barriers, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onboarding sessions, develop playbooks, SOPs, quick‑reference guides, and training decks. - Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Admin teams to keep content current. - Support adoption of Salesforce, D365, TaskRay, CPQ, and other sales tech; produce best‑practice enablement materials. - Maintain content management systems, ensure version control and alignment with strategy. - Translate process changes into clear training and communication assets. - Coordinate monthly readiness sessions, SKO content, and leadership updates. - Gather and analyze feedback to identify knowledge gaps and adoption barriers. Required Skills: - 3–5 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related role. - Strong written and verbal communication; presentation proficiency. - Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and documentation. - Proficiency with Salesforce and typical sales technology stacks. - Detail‑oriented, highly organized, proactive collaborator. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field. - Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Enablement Professional are a plus.
