Job Description
**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer (iOS/Web – Next.js) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance web and iOS applications for a rapidly scaling UGC marketplace. Work cross‑functionally to deliver features that serve creators and brands, ensuring code quality, responsiveness, and scalability. **Expectations:** - Produce clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews. - Collaborate effectively with product, design, and QA teams. - Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and enhance front‑end features using Next.js, React Native, or Swift. - Implement back‑end services with Node.js, Firebase, or comparable platforms. - Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize application performance for both web and mobile environments. - Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies. - Document architecture decisions and technical specifications. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Next.js or React Native and Swift (iOS). - Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks. - Experience in back‑end development (Node.js, Firebase, or similar). - Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and refactor complex codebases. - Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Associate) are optional but advantageous.
