**Job Title** Accountant **Role Summary** Perform accounting duties for supplier and subcontractor invoices, expense claims, and related financial tasks within a temporary assignment under the supervision of the chief accountant. **Expectations** - Work on a fixed-term contract (January 5 – April 28 2026). - Deliver accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, and expense reimbursements. - Collaborate closely with the accounting team and other internal stakeholders. - Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities** - Verify supplier and subcontractor documents for completeness and accuracy. - Record and post vendor invoices into the accounting system. - Schedule and monitor payment of supplier invoices. - Process and validate employee expense claims. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Assist with general ledger postings and periodic reconciliations as needed. - Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary information and ensure smooth workflow. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Team player with good interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (equivalent to Bac + 2). - Prior experience (including internship) in a similar accounting role.
