Expatations: Successful completion of 4 industry‑recognized certification exams (e.g., BCS Business Analysis Foundation, BCS International Diploma). Immediate placement in a Junior Business Analyst or support/admin role with ongoing coaching and interview preparation, and a target placement within 12 months of certification. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate organisational issues and identify areas for improvement. - Collect, analyse, and interpret data to develop actionable insights. - Draft recommendation reports and facilitate stakeholder discussions. - Support change implementation activities, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Change Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions. - Maintain accurate documentation and records of analysis and decisions.
